The Foundation

Stop Overthinking Your Automation

Most beginners stall because they think they need a 30-day "masterpiece" of emails before they can start collecting leads.

You don't. You need exactly three emails to start.

The goal of this sequence isn't just to "sell." It is to prove to your subscriber that you are a real person who provides actual value. Once they believe that, your recommendations carry much more weight.

Email 1

The "Instant Value" Welcome

This email should go out immediately after someone confirms their subscription.

The Goal: Deliver the promise and set expectations.

  • Deliver the download link or resource you promised.
  • Briefly explain who you are (1-2 sentences).
  • Tell them what they'll receive next (e.g., "In two days, I'll send you...").

Pro tip: Ask them a simple question to encourage a reply. This helps your email deliverability.

Email 2

The "Deep Dive" Lesson

Send this 1 or 2 days after the first email.

The Goal: Solve a related problem without asking for anything in return.

Think of a common roadblock beginners face in your niche. Use this email to give them a quick win. If you're in the fitness niche, it could be "One trick to stay consistent." If you're in marketing, it could be "The best free tool for [Topic]."

This builds "reciprocity." People are more likely to listen to your advice later because you've already helped them for free.

Email 3

The "Soft Bridge" Recommendation

Send this 2 days after the second email.

The Goal: Introduce a solution (your affiliate offer) to a problem you've been discussing.

Don't just scream "Buy this!" Instead, frame it as: "I've shown you [Topic A] and [Topic B]. If you want to get there faster, this is the system I use and recommend."

Point them toward your ClickBank Profit Club review or another trusted recommendation.
